Council advises Garfields Road will be closed for works at Johnsons Creek Bridge from Monday 27 June.
Local contractors will be replacing the bridge. This is expected to take about seven weeks to complete, with the road scheduled to re-open on Friday 12 August, weather permitting.
Garfields Road will remain open for residents only with access via the Snowy Mountains Highway.
Signs will be in place for the duration of the works.
