An application has been received to develop land at Princes Highway, Millingandi for the purpose of alterations and additions to an existing caravan park.


Council has received an application seeking approval to develop land as follows:

  • Description of Proposal: Proposed alterations and additions to an existing caravan park

The application and plans relating to the development are available on Council’s website Application Tracker at www.begavalley.nsw.gov.au, for a period of 28 days from 25 September 2024 to 24 October 2024 (excluding Public Holidays).

You can request that your name and address not be disclosed by writing ‘OBJECTION IN CONFIDENCE’ on your submission, however we may still be obliged to release these details. INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT

Under the provisions of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 this development is classed as ‘Integrated’ which means that approval is also required from:

NSW Rural Fire Service

  • A S.100B Authority is required in accordance with the provisions of the Rural Fires Act 1997.

DPE Water

  • Approval is required under the Water Management Act 2000.

Heritage NSW

  • A permit is required in accordance with the provisions of the National Parks & Wildlife Act 1974
