Waste and Recycling Centres opening hours

Opening hours for all Bega Valley Shire Council's Waste and Recycling Centres.

Please Note:

  • Bemboka, Bermagui, Candelo, Merimbula and Wallagoot Waste and Recycling Centres do not accept loads of mixed waste over 3 cubic metres.
  • Eden Waste and Recycling Centre currently has no size limit for loads of clean uncontaminated brick or concrete.
  • The Central Waste Facility only accepts loads greater than 3 cubic metres and is only able to accept loads from tipping trailers or trucks.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is available at Bermagui, Bemboka, Candelo, Eden, Wallagoot, Merimbula and CWF.

 

Public Holiday - site closures

All Waste and Recycling Centres are closed on public holidays, with the exception of Easter Saturday and Easter Monday. All sites that would normally operate on a Saturday or Monday will do so at reduced hours of 10:00am to 2:30pm.
