  • Childcare application for enrolment | Childcare enrolment questionnaire You will need to complete an Application to Enrol only at this stage and submit the form to the relevant Children's Service Administration Officer. Relevant Children's Service Administration Officer will ask you to complete Enrolment Questionnaire when you have a placement confirmed at the Service.

Development

A development application is a request for permission to carry out proposed development.

Construction Certificate: If you have development consent after submitting a DA to council, you need a construction certificate before you can start building work. If you have a complying development certificate, you do not need a construction certificate.

Complying Development

A Complying Development Certificate (CDC) combines the functions of both development consent and a construction certificate. It is a form of approval appropriate for many types of minor or routine development, which have a minor impact but have not been specifically declared as exempt development under the provisions of State Environmental Planning Policy (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008, State Environmental Planning Policy (Affordable Rental Housing) 2009, State Environmental Planning Policy (Infrastructure) 2007. visit housingcode.planning.nsw.gov.au or www.legislation.nsw.gov.au for more information.

Building Certificate and Outstanding Notices

This is a certificate that indicates to a prospective purchaser any issues affecting the building. The certificate, once issued, stands for 7 years.

Outstanding Notice 121ZP: Under Section 121ZP of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Amendment Act 1997 a certificate can be applied for to ascertain whether there are any outstanding notices or orders that have been served in respect of development or construction matters on the property.

Outstanding Notice 735A: Under Section 735A of the Local Government Act a certificate can be applied for to ascertain whether there are any outstanding notices that have been issued by Council under this Act in respect of any land within the Council’s area.
