Rate/Water Accounts

To make a rate or water account payment you will need:

  • your rate/water account notice
  • your Australia Post Billpay Code
    your BPay Code

    this is found on the back of your notice in the top left hand corner

  • a valid credit card
    currently only Master Card and Visa Card are accepted

Penalty Infringement Notices (PIN's)

If you want to pay a penalty infringement notice or fine you can do so via credit card or BPay at the State Debt Recovery Office website.
